Good morning.

When was the last time you said, “Good morning” to someone? If it wasn’t this morning, it’s been too long.

Clear communication sets our confidence, resilience and joy in motion. We like it when we connect with each other! Which is why saying, “Good morning,” is one of those simple, yet enormously underrated, effective tactics, for building an exceptionally good life. Even from 6 ft. away, with a face mask on.

Try it. Say, “Good Morning,” to anyone you encounter, where ever you might go; the dog walk, food shopping . . . you’ll find it makes a world of beneficial difference, in shaping your day, your community, and forming a strong network; even if you only say it once.

Good morning,” uplifts the people you greet. They feel acknowledged, seen and important. All that, with just two words!

How simple can creating a wonderful beginning to your day, and their’s, get?

Whether someone says it first, or not, say “Good morning.” Your good intentions will carry you through, until you say, “Good night”. . .

Let’s start a, “Good morning,” new normal. Once outside of our homes, let’s get our faces up, and out of our communication devices and instead, practice catching the eye of a person 6 ft. away, and say, “Good morning.”

How ever we say those two amazing words—it’s a win-win. And . . . the only thing you can catch from saying “Good morning,” is a good vibe.
