Engagement; a key word in 2020.
The experience of workforce engagement is where leadership’s focus will be on high-alert, in 2020.
Who is engaged; and those who aren’t, why aren’t they? Some organizations loose hundreds of thousands, in potential profit quarterly, from of an unengaged workforce.
That the mind and body are focused, present, fully experiencing, inspired, high-functioning, emotionally balanced, vital, making best decisions consistently, etc . . . are those outcomes of being engaged? And what has to happen to achieve and then sustain engagement, so the organization and everyone in it, thrives—because of its people?
Engagement will matter to leaders—to everyone. People will realize it’s the new fuel, that will either quickly propel their visions into a shared reality, or slow it down so fast, it will feel like it’s going backwards. Is your workforce engaged? Are you an engaged worker? Do you like your journey?
“Engagement,” is a key word in 2020. It will determine our next President.
